Day 1
Deep massage for the muscles that support the spine using a wooden stick designed for this purpose
Day 2
The iliopsoas muscle.
Increase the release of the iliopsoas muscles and the thigh muscles with new techniques that use elbows and wooden sticks .
Day 3- 4
Lymphatic massage
In depth progress techniques to encourage Lymphatic drainage .
This technique will be combine with Expanded knowledge about meridians related to this process and strengthening them .

The equipment will be provided for the course. At the end of the course, you will receive one tool to take with you and the rest you will purchase privately .
*Accommodations in shared rooms is available at no extra charge
The course will take place in Papamoa
